HOK, wanting to create a facade that was both striking during the day and also at night, reached out to Gandy Squared Lighting Design to produce the lighting designs for the facade, balconies, and deck of their new residential high-rise project. Continuing my role as Junior Lighting Designer, I produced a number of different balcony layouts and renderings, ran the photometric analysis of the deck to ensure proper light levels were achieved throughout the space, and assisted in the production of construction documents and the lighting schedule.
